Use our detailed charts and illustrated guides to measure your dog or cat at home — no guesswork needed.
How to measure your pet
Use a soft fabric tape measure or a piece of string. Never use a metal ruler — it can't flex around your pet's body.
📏Step 1Grab a soft tape measureA fabric sewing tape works best. If you only have string, measure the string against a ruler afterward.
🐾Step 2Keep your pet calmHave your pet stand naturally on all four legs. Treats help! Avoid measuring when they're sitting or lying down.
🔄Step 3Wrap snugly, not tightThe tape should sit flush against the fur — not digging in, not loose. You should be able to slip 2 fingers underneath.
✏️Step 4Note the measurementWrite it down in inches. When your pet falls between two sizes, always size up for comfort and safety.

Common sizing questions
✓ What if my pet is between sizes?Always size up. A slightly larger collar or harness is safer and more comfortable than one that's too snug.
✓ My dog has a thick coat — does that affect sizing?Yes! Measure over the coat as your pet would wear the product. For very fluffy breeds, size up one.
✓ Can I return if the size doesn't fit?Absolutely. We offer free exchanges on sizing within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Still not sure about the size? Our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit. Send us your pet's measurements and we'll recommend the right size.
