Perfect fit, every time

Find the right size for your pet

Use our detailed charts and illustrated guides to measure your dog or cat at home — no guesswork needed.

How to measure your pet
Use a soft fabric tape measure or a piece of string. Never use a metal ruler — it can't flex around your pet's body.
Step 1 Grab a soft tape measure A fabric sewing tape works best. If you only have string, measure the string against a ruler afterward.
Step 2 Keep your pet calm Have your pet stand naturally on all four legs. Treats help! Avoid measuring when they're sitting or lying down.
Step 3 Wrap snugly, not tight The tape should sit flush against the fur — not digging in, not loose. You should be able to slip 2 fingers underneath.
Step 4 Note the measurement Write it down in inches. When your pet falls between two sizes, always size up for comfort and safety.

Common sizing questions

What if my pet is between sizes? Always size up. A slightly larger collar or harness is safer and more comfortable than one that's too snug.
My dog has a thick coat — does that affect sizing? Yes! Measure over the coat as your pet would wear the product. For very fluffy breeds, size up one.
Can I return if the size doesn't fit? Absolutely. We offer free exchanges on sizing within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
